​返金・返品

概要

​

当社の返金および返品ポリシーでは、ご購入から7日が経過した場合、全額返金または交換を提供することはできません。 返品の対象となるには、商品は未使用であり、受け取ったときと同じ状態である必要があります。また、パッケージを開梱するときに、製品の損傷を示す証拠ビデオが付属した元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。

一部の商品は返品対象外となります。食品、花、新聞、雑誌などの生鮮品は返品できません。また、親密な商品や衛生用品、危険物、引火性の液体やガスなどの商品もお受けできません。

返品を完了するには、領収書または購入証明書が必要です。 購入した商品をメーカーに返送しないでください。 状況によっては、部分的な払い戻しのみが認められる場合があります。

• 明らかな使用の形跡がある本

• 開封済みのCD、DVD、VHSテープ、ソフトウェア、テレビゲーム、カセットテープ、レコードなど。

• 当社のミスによるものではない理由で、元の状態ではない商品、破損または部品の欠落がある商品。

• 配達後30日を超えて返品された商品

返金

返品が受領され検査されたら、返品商品を受領したことを通知する電子メールを送信します。また、返金の承認または拒否についてもお知らせします。 承認されると、返金が処理され、一定の日数以内にクレジット カードまたは元の支払い方法に自動的にクレジットが適用されます。

返金の遅延または欠落 返金をまだ受け取っていない場合は、まず銀行口座をもう一度確認してください。 その後、クレジット カード会社に問い合わせてください。返金が正式に行われるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。 次に銀行にお問い合わせください。多くの場合、返金が行われるまでにある程度の処理時間がかかります。

セール品

返品できるのは通常価格の商品のみです。セール品は返品不可となります。

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
