Pre-order and shipping time to Thailand: Approximately 45-60 days (may vary depending on each publisher's shipping process).

There may be cases of incorrect or incomplete shipments such as misquantity of photocards or poster. If such a situation occurs, our store will be responsible for tracking the order and fully resolving the error.

Customers whose orders need to be corrected will need to wait for the corrected products to be re-shipped from China, which takes approximately 10-30 days depending on the publisher's shipping.

You can place an order and choose to pay using either:

• Bank Transfer: By swift code AYUDTHBK
• Paypal

• Then either post the item with return form back to Webuybangkok store at [17/35 Soi Pradipat1, Payathai, Bangkok 10400]. 
• Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be given in the following methods
  • Payment method : Credit card | Refund method : Credit card / Debit card | Refund period : Within 30 days
  • Payment method : Bank transfer | Refund method : Transfer cash | Refund period : Within 7 days

• Delivery times vary from approximately 3-7 days for Asia zone and its vicinity, 20-30 days for other zone, and plus 5-10 days for specific areas.
• The company allows product exchange/return within 7 days of the customer receiving the product, subject to the company's specified conditions.
• Points, e-vouchers, and delivery charges are non-refundable per the company's policy.
• Refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 working days after the company receives notification and the returned product, following the company's detailed conditions.
• For product exchanges or returns, shipping fees may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional shipping charges may apply if the replacement product exceeds the minimum value required for free delivery (25USD or more).
