• Once we have received and verified your item a refund will be given in the following methods
  • Payment method : Credit card | Refund method : Credit card / Debit card | Refund period : Within 30 days
  • Payment method : Bank transfer | Refund method : Transfer cash | Refund period : Within 7 days

• Delivery times vary from approximately 3-7 days for Asia zone and its vicinity, 20-30 days for other zone, and plus 5-10 days for specific areas.
• The company allows product exchange/return within 7 days of the customer receiving the product, subject to the company's specified conditions.
• Points, e-vouchers, and delivery charges are non-refundable per the company's policy.
