Ingredients: Plai, turmeric, kaffir lime, camphor and 9 types of Thai herbs.
How to use:
1. Soak the compress in water until wet before steaming.
2. Steam the compress in a steamer. It takes about 15-20 minutes to steam or in a microwave oven. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
3. Apply it to the area that has aches and pains. In the beginning, you must do it quickly. Don't leave it soaked for a long time.Storing & Caution:
Do not use a compress that is too hot. Do not use compresses on the wound area. And you shouldn't shower immediately after compressing. This is because the herbal medicine will be completely washed out. To get the most benefits, wait about 30 minutes before showering. After using Should be stored in the refrigerator (1 ball can be used 3-5 times). If the compress is dry, before using it, sprinkle it with water to wet it first.
