Important Customer Announcement: Temporary Suspension of Economy Shipping to the U.S.

We are writing to inform you of a temporary suspension of our economy postal shipping service shipping partner to the United States. This change is effective immediately and is due to a recent change in U.S. customs regulations that has created significant new requirements for international shipments.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively monitoring the situation and are committed to resuming our normal shipping services as soon as a viable solution is in place.

We have two options available for our U.S. customers during this period:

1. Wait for the suspension to end: If you are able to wait, your order will be held securely, and we will ship it via our normal economy service as soon as it becomes available again.

2. Upgrade to Express Shipping: For customers who need their orders sooner, we can offer an upgrade to our DHL Express service. This service is not affected by the new regulations and is a reliable, fast option. Please note that an additional service fee will apply for this upgrade.
